Polyethylene Foam

Air Bubble Pak Cushion

 

	Made of low density polyethylene. Flexible, tear-resistant and light, it provides protection against shock, vibration, bouncing and water damage. Bubble comes in various formats: large & small bubble (10mm & 25mm) plain or anti-static roll form sheet form pouches or bags laminated to other material - eg. PE foam,       paper, static shielding

Homogenous Foam

 

Non-cross linked, extruded foam made from low density polyethylene. Provide excellent cushioning, surface protection and thermal insulation in sporting goods, furnishings and construction. It is chemical resistance, water-tight buoyancy, shock absorption and easy recycling. It comes in a choice of grades: different densities for varying levels of       protection plain or anti-static range of thicknesses can be supplied in sizes tailored to       individual requirements

Cross-linked Polyethylene Foam

 

	It is a light-weight, non-fibrous/non-hazardous and low water absorption material with excellent thermal insulation properties. Foam is available as follows: range of thicknesses       & densities roll form sheet form able to fabricate into special shape       or size
